So disappointing. The ribs had no smoke flavor, the potato salad was more like a soup, the brisket was dry, and I dont know what kind of potato casserole this is suppose to be. I wont order again.

This place is a hidden gem! Their meat is well-smoked, their sauces are tasty, their sides are delicious, their portions are plentiful, and their prices aren't bad for what you're getting. We enjoyed our meal and can't wait to come here again.
I have been coming to Big Jacks for years, they never disappoint. The food is always great, always fresh, and the staff is always friendly. I definitely recommend going here if you are craving some excellent BBQ
