Brittany Stewart and her team did an outstanding job of marketing my home. I had a request to see the home within 5 minutes of the home posting on MLS and several more after that, even before the scheduled open house. The first potential buyer offered me an over asking price the day after the house went on the market and I accepted. Brittany’s skill and experience enabled her to price the house perfectly for a great outcome. This is the second time l’ve used Brittany. She helped me find the home I just sold 4 years ago. I would highly recommend Brittany and her company to anyone selling or buying a home. They are professional, experienced and responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Brittany and her whole team were amazing to work with. If you need help relocating frim another state, Brittany is your gal! She answered every question regarding neighborhoods, school, restaurants, shops, etc. We moved to TX with confidence because we had Brittany in our corner. If you need a local realtor or a relocation realtor, do not think twice. Give Brittany a call, she is the best!!
Do yourself a favor & choose a different realtor. We are currently stuck with her & don’t want others to be in the same position as us. We started building last year, 6 months+ later still never met her & she hasn’t help with anything. Very unfortunate that she gets commission off of our sale. The commission should go to the building sales associate that has went above & behind for us. 5/23: I have left more 5 star reviews for business than 1 star reviews. My reviews are honest & I think it’s important to share my personal experience whether it’s good or bad..that is what reviews are for. And yes, we requested for them to no longer share with you after you had already showed a lack of interest in working with us. Once we signed with you, you no longer made an effort to assist us which is why we sent an email asking you to not bother.
Amazing team! They made buying a home from out of state very easy! Brandi was amazing realtor, very knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend this group if you need a home in the Dallas / Fort Worth area!! From start to finish we had 0 hiccups and was pretty much perfect!
