My family and I relocated from out of state, to Texas. Mike made the entire process so much easier for us than what it would’ve been had we went with another realtor. We had spoken to another realtor, prior to meeting Mike, and she tried to have us sign a contract that guaranteed she received 3% commission, regardless of what the seller was offering. Mike did not have us sign any contract, because his work ethic and dedication to his clients will make you want to work with him, not a contract binding you to him. Mike not only found us our dream home in a highly desirable area and negotiated a fair price on behalf, but also helped us get our home under asking, which is unheard of in this crazy market. Mike stays on top of every requirement that is expected of both his clients and the sellers, to ensure a smooth process. This was soooo helpful for us as we were selling one home and relocating our life because nothing slipped through the cracks.
