Preston Morgan, one of the BEST company representatives I have ever dealt with, came to our home and did a thorough inspection with measurements of the inside and outside of the house. He went over his bid which included four options of equipment. His options and pricing are unbeatable. The system that was installed is amazing. The heating and cooling system is so quiet I can't tell well it running but it is and it keeps the house at the perfect temperature. This is a great company for pricing and service.
Armando is a terrific technician. He’s smart, efficient and really knows the trade. He showed up at my house with a great attitude and diagnosed the issue quickly. Armando is the quality of employee Houk can build a strong reputation on. Y’all need to keep him happy, give him a raise and have him train others at Houk.

The technician kept me informed about his arrival. Once there he covered his shoes before entering my house. Yes, really appreciated that. There was a bit of a challenge communicating as English was not his primary language, but some active listening helped with that. The service was top notch. This visit he had to do something that created dust in my bathroom. He explained what it was and why he was doing it. Very pleased with the service and the price to maintain my system.
