Update! We have now changed our original 1 star review to a 4 star review. Scroll to the bottom to view our experience. NOT happy at all! We first started using this company around 4 years ago and have paid them close to $10,000 total over the years. We recently had an issue with our AC not working. The tech came out and worked on the unit and it worked for a few days and then went out again. He came back and was implying that someone must have gone up in the attic and tampered with something. That definitely was not the case at all. Again, he worked on the unit. Then shortly after he left we noticed a big, wet spot about 4 ft. wide on our bedroom ceiling with a foul smell coming from it. We then had another tech come out to access the situation. He said it was due to a copper pipe that they put in themselves about 4 years ago. We asked them to fix the situation and make it right because we had just spent $2100 to have the unit fixed and now we have this big wet spot on the ceiling. This was no fault of our own. We were told that they would fix the pipe for an additional $600 and then fix our ceiling at the same time. Are you kidding me?? We obviously are NOT valued customers and they made no effort to make this situation right. We will be looking for a new company the next time we have heating/AC issues. We work too hard for our money to be paying out huge amounts to a company who obviously does NOT value us as a loyal customer. Be warned! Updated review: We are very happy to report that the company made the situation right for us. Mr. Shields from Xtreme came by our house so that he could personally take a look at our ceiling damage. He assured us that this was not acceptable and it would be taken care of asap. Phillip came out and did all the repairs to the ceiling and it now looks great. He took his time and made sure it was done right. We are very appreciative and we plan to continue to use Xtreme for our future heating and AC needs. This is how you treat loyal customers! We would recommend Xtreme to others. The second picture is our ceiling after the repairs were completed. Looks great!
My technician was Tony Miller! This this guy knew exactly what he was doing. I'm in a condo and was having trouble with heat going through three of my vents. He found the issue quickly and made it work. The original company that put in the components had done the wiring incorrectly. It was a pleasure having Tony take care of everything. He knows his stuff. Highly recommend this company and Tony too.
Where do I begin. My air had gone out earlier this week on a Tuesday 5/23/23 and I initially had another company to come out on Thursday, but they didn't show. I remember calling Xtreme air on Wednesday for a quote but didn't get back with them. So, I called them back On Thursday and they immediately sent Colt and his partner out to evaluate my system and let me know options to obtain a new Hvac system. He Colt and partner were personable professional and knowledgeable about everything. When it was all said and down they had me set up to have new system installed the next day, but I opt for Saturday because of work.... they were willing to install immediately. On Saturday 5/27/23, Matthew Holt and his partner got to my house at 9am for removal of old Hvac system and replacement and were done a little before 1pm!!! Both were very professional personable and worked efficiently. I am very pleased with ALL service start to finish from consultation with Colt and his partner to Matthew and his partner installing my new system. I appreciate the professionalism of this company and its staff. I recommend Xtreme Air to ALL who need servicing or replacement. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ given!!!!
Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. They were very pleasant and professional! 10/10 recommend for anyone needing their services! Personally want to give a huge thank you to Josh Graham for his help! He truly goes out of his way for people! 5 stars!
I really enjoyed the prompt service from Michael and Brayden. They appeared to diagnose the problem immediately. They explained everything thoroughly, and they also were friendly. You don't always get friendly personnel to come to your house when repairing something. It would be wonderful to have more people like them servicing your customers. If you continue to send out technicians like them, your business will continue to grow.
